In-clinic imaging and pre-visit analysis do different jobs
An imaging system in the treatment room, such as VISIA, is used once the patient is there. Pre-visit analysis works before that: on the prospective patient's phone, while they're still deciding whether to come in. The two work together. Sunny doesn't replace your imaging; it brings more people into the room.
What patients see
- They open your clinic's link from your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile or a QR code at reception. No app to install.
- A short video conversation with Sunny, an AI skin consultant with the name and look your clinic chooses.
- Three guided photos: front, left and right.
- Findings on their own photo, by area of the face.
- Treatments from your menu that fit, with a price range.
- A booking, sent to your clinic's WhatsApp, or by SMS in the US and Australia, with an SNY code.

What it doesn't do
- It isn't a medical diagnosis, and Sunny tells patients so.
- It doesn't measure hydration, UV damage or “skin age”.
- It doesn't suggest products or treatments outside your menu.
- Signs a doctor should see are sent to a doctor, not guessed at.
From skin map to booked consult
Analysis that stops at a report sends patients away with a picture, which they forget. Sunny carries on: treatments from your menu for those findings, their price range, then the booking. On the Growth plan, patients pick a free time at the location they choose.
What your team gets
A dashboard of every lead: their concerns, the findings, the treatments they chose, and their photos, so your provider has a picture before they come in. Providers can add a note and the final price, and the front desk confirms by message.
Face photos and privacy
Patients agree before they start. Patients who aren't ready yet can come back to their result for 30 days; after that the photos are deleted. When a patient signs up, the photos and result go to your clinic for their consultation, and they are told so before the photos. Photos open only in your dashboard, after signing in. Your clinic's data is stored in its region: the United States, Europe or Australia.
